Interesting, especially if the “green” box includes some intelligent automation. I would use something like this if the end result were available in multiple, useful formats in addition to just a web interface. Atom, RSS, and iCal would be awesome.
I’m currently trying to tackle the personal/work calendar divide with free tools and haven’t gotten very far yet. I’m a fan of Google’s implementation and would like to two-way-sync my work calendar with a private Google calendar, but it hasn’t happened yet.
Definite yes to the automation stuff.
