Where's DC Tech Events: Spring 08

The number of ways to use DC Tech Events has been expanding enough that I suppose it deserves it’s own periodic "Where’s Ross" style post.

The first stop should be dctechevents.com, which is really just a dumb site (dumb meaning "simple", not "stupid") that embeds the Google Calendar. This is also where the event submission form lives. Nobody has selected "I’m not ready for a relationship with this event" yet, which makes me kind of sad.

You can add the calendar to your Google account by clicking here, or snag the ical file here. You might be able to add it with one click to your desktop calendering software (iCal, etc) with this link. If you want to get a notice of every event, as it’s added, you can subscribe to this feed in your reader of choice. If you want to get even faster notice of new events as they are added, you can follow dctechevents on Twitter.

DC Tech Events Weekly is a digest of upcoming events published every Monday here on Ross Notes. The Weekly has it’s own RSS feed, and is also available as an email newsletter— the subscription form is on dctechevents.com.

Lastly, there’s no real benefit yet to registering as a fan of DC Tech Events on facebook, but it’ll make me happy ;)
